Join us for ice cream and meet Michael Payne and Sally Hudson! Bring the family as we get ready for the June 11 primary!
Michael Payne is one of the cofounders of Indivisible Charlottesville and a candidate for Charlottesville City Council. You’ve heard him speak about the environment and racial justice at many of our rallies and forums. Michael cares deeply about our local community and knows the issues inside and out. Catch up with him and find out more about where he stands on the issues that matter to you.
Sally Hudson has been defending democracy with Indivisible Charlottesville since the beginning, and now she is running for Virginia House of Delegates. Sally has put in the hours: helping to organize events such as March for our Lives, and Families Belong Together, as well as writing postcards and knocking doors right alongside us. She is the advocate we need in Richmond. Come get to know Sally and learn about her campaign.
What better way to get involved in democracy than an old-fashioned Ice Cream Social! We’ll have all the toppings you need to make the perfect ice cream sundae. Tell us you’re coming on our Facebook event page here or just show up. Hope to see you there!
